Milky waters in pools

I read in a post here that it's common to have milky water in the swimming pools and was wondering whether this is also the case at Hyatt Sanur and Dynasty.My kids are very susceptible to infection and because we only have a week in Bali, I wouldn't want them to be sick if I can help it.
