We too were hoping to stay here soon. However I'm confused about how far it is from the centre of UBUD. The two websites I've found say 15mins walk. But you've said 20mins by car - is the walk actually a shortcut or is 15mins not quite right?
Also we have an 11 month old baby who will be in a stroller - could we walk with this or would it be too rough a track?
If we had to get a car, do you have any idea how much it would cost into Ubud? We wouldn't necessarily want a driver for a day, just want to be able to head into town for some shopping or a meal occasionally.
