Ramada Bintang?

Hi guys and gals! I have a friend traveling this month for the first time. He has been picking my brain on just about every imaginable topic and I hhave been able to help on all but one. Has anyone stayed recently at the Ramada Bintang? Whats it like, best rooms, laundry close by and any restaurants nearby worth them checking out?
