FACT - Farmers in Aus have been using red cordial (made from raspberry juice) for YEARS to assist livestock recover from, and prevent diarrhea. Research has discovered that the raspberry content decontaminates the water before it is consumed. If you only drink bottled water there is no need to decontaminate it.

However there is more research currently underway to find out if consuming raspberries will act as a preventative, or even a cure, for BB. So no proof at present as to whether it really works or not.

I have had no luck in finding red cordial with raspberyy juice content in Aus., or Bali last time I was there. We have been using high % rapberry jam instead.

Look up ellagic acid (found in raspberries) to see what a great cancer fighter it is too!
