Hi.It's the 4 digit pin number you use.Also I don't think it's anything to do with the silver bird on your C.C. as I've just looked at mine and only my Westpac Visa has that on it and I've used my others including the Westpac handycard with no problem.You have to check that the ATM you're using has Cirrus.You should be pretty right with most of them.Give them a try and don't forget to remove your Credit card as it comes out after the money is dispensed not before like it does here.Happy holiday lucky thing.Cheers Irene
