Pin Numbers

I know this has been answered before but I am getting confused by the answers.

Is it PIN numbers with 4 digits or 6 digits or both that are accepted at ATMs in Bali.

The symbol on the Visa debit/credit card to know that it can be used in Bali, what is it ? Is it the silver bird ?
