everything seemed closed for days, lots of other holidays happen around that time plus a lot return to their villages for a few days. Then immediately after Nyepi that year were Muslim holidays, I don't think things were completely operational at all during our stay.It honestly was one of the best trips we ever had to Bali as a family as we had to look for activities rather than them being permanently 'on tap'
