eating is not as common as you think in Bali. Its more in other asian countries and we were told the story why when we were in Bali last year. Possibly a myth said my friend in Bali but none the less, its not common.
Don't let that frighten you out of taking dogs to Bali, it really isn't that common and that was coming from a born and bred Balinese family and I infact asked a couple Balinese this story and they all agreed.
