If you have a look & a good read back you will see that alot of people that whinge about corruption etc, are not 100% doing the right thing...
They think they are exempt of thye law in other copuntries & or just figure well, we will just pay them off!
I don't doubt corruption exists, but ahve a look at how many people ride without any license, or take extra alcohol in &get grumpy when they have to pay or hand some over, I take extra alcohol & know that's my risk, but I won't be whinging about it!!!
