Carlos,
My starter in Mandarin is always the sop asperagus daging kepeting , or in english the crab meat with asparagus soup.
It is so Yummy (i'm mouthwatering now!), the cantonese roast chicken sounds good, will have a good look on the menu. Will also go to Golden Lotus in Dynasty for a try-out of their Peking Duck, had already one in Mandarin.
