The cost is minimal and the benefits potentially great. Considering that, why wouldn't vou?
My next door neighbour a couple of years ago was in Ubud on the last day of his holiday and had a mild "heart attack". He was in hospital in Bali for an additional 2 weeks and part of that in intensive care. Insurance paid the bill which was a lot of money. Incidentally, he is in Bali at the moment on his return visit, with insurance!
