without travel insurance.... it might just be the time you need it. We have claimed with Toursafe before and got immediate payment back, so that's a shame that you are still waiting - it's a bit too long a wait now!! We are using 1cover this year. There number is 1300 368 344 or www.onecover.com.au - we have a $100 excess on our policy.
