Dont go direct to the airline and hotel. Go to your regular travel agent and get them to handle it. They are the professionals and its their job. If you are unsure of what agent to go to then ask around for a recommended agent.
group bookings are not more expensive in costs. If you go to one agent and get them to handle the lot, then at least you know everyone will be together and happy.
