Which Hotel with Family and Spa

We want to go in April for 4 weeks with a y year old child.

We have Special offers for following hotels :

The Oasis
The Oasis Benoa
Villa Bintang
Resor Seminyak
Kuta Paradiso
Balihai Resort
Aston Bali
Nikko Bali
Hilton Bali
Melia Bali
Westin Resort
Intercontinental Bali
Klub Bali Mirage

So we need some help to chose from them.

What we want is a beach, a Spa inside the Hotel or next door, and a KidsClub where Junior can stay for some hours.

Maybe someone can recommend us one of the above hotels or tell us which one not to chose.
