Jimbaran restaurants can be very expensive. The smaller ones will baragin with you on the price but may use weighted scales when you are buying. Or you don't get the fish you order.(A one litre plastic bottle of water = 1 Kilo) You can expect to pay $40 for A big Prawn entry, a large fish with fries, and a few beers. The beer prices are up a bit on Kuta bar prices. (RP12.000) Keep an eye on how clean the place is. If you get there early, check out the wooden chopping blocks that are usually covered with flies. This has been the source of food poisoning for many unsuspecting diners.
