Jimbarin bay and drivers

Hi, me and my family are going to Bali in june and were wondering if there is any restaurants that sell western food as well as seafood in Jimbarin Bay. I was aso wondering if J.R Ewing was still out the front of the Dynasty? He owned many buses and was a great driver for our tours.
