Now $12 or 14 for a $10 note is 'good for you, good for me', or so I thought until I discovered that in the middle of the stack of $1 coins were five Rp100 coins, which are the same size but worth only about 8 cents each, so I wound up with $6 and some shiny brass for my $10 note.
'Good for him but NOT good for me'. Of course he had disappeared into the crowd by the time I looked up.
