For future reference - if you need to send money urgently to Bali it is a lot quicker and cheaper to use Western Union transfer through Australia Post. The money will be there in 15 minutes and they can collect it at various banks or post offices over there, they just need photo ID and a code number which you can sms to them. Hope your brother in law continues to improve.
