When I returned in January 05 the customs officer in Brisbane (who was american) gave me an incredibly hard time about whether I had purchased silver jewellry or not. I stated I had not, (I really hadn't) and she insisted that I had. I do not know what the significance of silver jewellry is and am wondering if someone can enlighten me. I am due to fly again in 2 days and am concerned about what else I need to know other than the standard no wood, skin, too many dvd's etc. I do not drink or smoke - so no contraband. Thanx.
