sanur beach shops

I was in Sanur last August when the beach shops were being forced to close. I have heard that this is now a fact. Arriving Sanur for Easter. Does anyone know where Charlie Brown watch seller extrodinaire is trading from now. Also does anyone know the whereabouts of the picture man outside Segara Village. Are there any shops left at all?
