My husband and I stayed here for two nights last week in a club Room.
Occupancy was high at 83%. The crowd at this hotel tend to be average of +50 age group and mainly European.
I did not see any of the other type of rooms, but the club rooms were adequate.
Pluses: the swimming pool is nice and quiet for club members. We stayed on the third floor and got the benefit of any breezes, but I think on the lower floors would have been warmer. The price included breakfast was 'American', so just juice, fruit, toast etc. Nothing exceptional about it. Next door are a couple of great restaurants - Donalds is one, on the beach front. Then the Mezzanine connected to the Puri Santrian was sensational food and service.
Negatives: The lock on the room is more like a loo door lock, not all that secure at all. Our toilet wouldn't stop flushing and the shower temperature was either scalding or cold, nothing in between.

We personally won't stay there again, as we were spoilt in a private villa in Seminyak the week before and enjoyed that experience much better. Having said that, friends of ours who stayed at the Griya Santrian the same week that we were there absolutely raved about the Puri in comparison!

Good luck!
