when you are in serious trouble. Actually I like going to Bali because it saves me from having a colonic irrigation (not that I would ever have one) but I think the occasional 'clean out' is a good idea.
But then, you get this one attack that slays you...you seriously want to die, you have weird substances oozing out of you, that is the REAL thing.
