Either way, it seems to me that they would be useful. Likewise if roosters laid eggs and men understood the attraction of small ornamental crystal elephants.
What would be really useful is if Indonesians had separate words for milk and breasts, so that dumbasses (yep, we can say that, too) like me, who like a lot of milk in our coffee don't wind up saying silly things like "saya mau susu besar" to the waitress.
