Have stayed there twice, first time brekky was included! but this time different manager ! he was not very good hence all your complaints.
Was told by Chris the pool bar guy that he would be leaving as all the staff thoroughly disloked him.
Was in Dec 2004 and that he only had a few weeks to go . We aked for 4 days on thre trot to speak to manager , but he clearly avoided us untill we got one of the staff to show us the new villas, he rang reception and manager appeared in two sec flat ! thinking we was interested to have a villa. Oh boy ! did i get stuck in to him ! told him i had asked to speak to him for days, and because you thought our interest was in the new villa's you suddenly appear, anyway told him we would never stay there again as we were refused free brekky (which last time we were entitled to.) and why had he ignored our request to speak to him.
Felt sorry for Putu the waitress in restaurant, as she was so apologetic and offered us cheap rate brekky, but on principle we declined.
Our rooms and bathroom was always clean, really love the hotel, the pool is majic, and had some good laughs with Chris at swim up bar.
But unless they have new manager , no way would we stay there again, the previous manager was excellent .
