might account for a difference in those who loved it and those that didnt. I did stay in the cheaper rooms, don't expect 5 star but do expect a certain degree of cleanliness. eg the urine over the loo and "stuff" on the bathroom tiles. Maybe its a case of the staff being unhappy (and spiralling even further down) and they are doing the minimum and below.
