Had a fellow worker return last month who got charged for excess baggage.
Some of there friends who checked in later with a similar excess obviously with a different checkin operator did not get charged.
Go early to checkin and if they want to charge you take a time out then try a different checkin operator.
Now we would'nt want to offer a bribe. ;-)
