We went with Ayung Holiday Rafting last May. Staff and boats OK. Meal is after the rafting. Buffet (rice, Sweet & sour, sate basically). Stairs on way back up are MURDER! Had a group of Japanese tourist in front and most were breathless and vomitting. I'm reasonlly fit but almost crawled the last 50 metres.
