I usually do take a few things with me, in particular sunscreen as it is quite expensive, but as for shampoos, they sell Pantene and I always buy that. A 12 pack of lux soap is about $2.50. I find all the stuff they sell there just fine and I don't use cheap shampoo myself either. They sell all the "wet look" hair gel and all other sorts of stuff that you can buy here.
