I have not read the replies so apoligies if I am repeating what others say. I always take my own toiletries, though alot on here don't. I am fussy about shampoo, condit & toothpaste you can not buy the good stuff over there. Take lavendar oil and a moisturiser for after sun care. Take your own suntan lotion as it very expensive there but buy the local insect repellant autan which works so much better than the western ones. Same for headache tablets & over the counter medication, buy it there, cheaper and works better. Deodrent you can buy there, I love the Bali crystal deodrent. If you don't want to make the trip to Makro (don't know where you are staying) I find the Logi Supermarket in Padma Utara very good. It costs a bit more but still much cheaper than home and very convenient if you are staying in the area. Also take your own batteries. Have fun.
