Hi Whitey. You need a 1ltr or 500ml bottle of un-opened water.
When eating at Jimbarran Bay you order your seafood and they place each diffrent item on the scale and weigh it to get the prices.
Place the water bottle in the restaurant's scales before they weigh your seafood and you will be able to tell if they are flawed.
If they have been tampered with its important not to be too loud about the matter. The Balinese get very embarrassed and especially if there are other guests at the restuarant.
