You have to laugh. On one of our trips about four years ago we had problems getting cold beer. Everytime we went out for tea my husband would ask that a couple of beers be put in freezer. They were quite puzzled by this. Ask for an ice bucket and had to explain bucket with ice in it. Out came ice bucket filled with water and three ice cubes in it, couldn't stop laughing. Another time out came the beer half frozen and the waiter said "bloody cold beer aye Boss". Only the Balinese.
