I want to stay in Bali for at least six months but hopefully a year depending on visa's??????? Does anyone from the uk have any experience of applying for social visas. I have contacted the embassy in London and read the website but nothing seems straight forward as different people are saying different things when i call them. (you know what indonesian people can be like and how organised they are)
Anyway I have a sponsor in bali who will write me a letter of invitation. What i want to know is exactly what does she have to say in the letter in order for the visa to be approved???? Does she need to send original identification and what documents exactly ??? i have read that you just need their passport and KTP ID?????? is a copy sufficient. I know that i need to give a bank statement to the embassy with my application but does my sponsor also need to provide a bank statement of her savings ???? Sorry for so many questions but the sooner i sort this i can jet off. Need to know ASAP as i want to fly on April 10th if possible. Any other ideas about how to stay would be appreciated.
