Bali Meridien - a silly question...

I am about to book at this hotel, but there is something I don't understand...

They quote :
89 US Dollars ++ without breakfast for two persons
145 US Dollars ++ with breakfast for two persons

Does this mean that breakfast is 25/30 US Dollars p.p. at this hotel ???
If somebody who recently stayed at this place could advise, it would be great !!!
