I got married in Bali 4 years ago - I highly recommend it. We organised everything through Bali Weddings International. Told them what we wanted ie: Bouquet, Button Hole, Videographer, Photographer, etc.... They organised the lot!! Not too expensive either, can't remember an exact figure, but I think around $2,500 go to baliweddingsinternational.com Good Luck!!
