wedding HELP

I am going to Bali on the 18th march and a friend has asked me to chack out some places for her wedding in October.. also florists ..cakes you name it

Can anyone make this job easier for me so I can narrow it down... and any cost cutting tips tooo!

I need to spend time on my Tan (HEHEHE)
