Ive had quotes from Mentone Travelland, Flight Centre, Direct Holidays and DM travel centre.
Theyve broken down the flights but not the accomodation and I did my research and decided we'd be fine with a taxi when we arrived, the Pita Maha actually arranges all other transfers (ie between Padma and PM and then PM to airport) as complimentary (ie part of the hotel room cost)
