Can you say who your quotes have been through as I may be able to suggest an alternative based in melbourne.
Also has your agent broken down the quotes for you eg: flights, accomodaton in villas and accomodation in Legian at the hotel.
You say your insurance is also included, how much is that?

Another way to reduce costs is to have the agent take out transfers between airport and hotel return. cheers
