jewellery/rings and advanced bookings

gday all i will be heading over to bali in January hopefully, and i had just a couple of questions about the subject line.

i was just wondering how far in advanced people have booked in advanced, because if i book know it will be 9 or 10 months before i go. will i be able to get a decent price know or will it more then likely be alot cheaper a couple of months before head over.

I am also wondering about larger mens jewellery and rings and how readily it is available or if you can get it made over there at all. i very much doubt that i will be able to get my rings size off the street over their as the ring i have is a Z+5. which is pretty big (the second largest size in the measurement scale).
