They have their own supplier and replace items not value. There is good and bad with this idea, as what if it is something you like to choose IE; a bag, a purse etc. They are pretty slow a friend just told me it took them 3 1/2 weeks to write to them and ask for original receipts(she sent copies as that is what she was told to do on the phone) they also mentioned they are awaiting their supplier to return quotes, nothing said about the goods they bought to replace items stolen.
I said "They are quick at taking the money and as usual slow at delivering."
