No "official" ones in Bali. I've seen nudity amongst local people, mainly men, but sometimes women, up the beach from Seminyak, at Jimbaran and at Bali Cliff. Also in Ubud and in the Amed/Tulamben area. My late wife and I used to get off the beaten track a bit. Nudity didn't bother us, if we saw it we neither looked nor avoided looking [if you get my meaning]. When you're like that it seems to come through, people tend to relax and just carry on cooling off or bathing.

When I was in Ubud last August with my lady friend, we were on one of the lower levels of Murni's Warung, with a view of the river. Have a look: http://www.murnis.com/warung/warung.htm
There were some young women bathing just below us and my lady friend [who could see them from her seat and wasn't concerned about it] said they were certainly topless and probably nude. Then some young guys came wading up the river with towels wrapped around their waists and there was the usual giggling and friendly chit-chat.

A recent post talked about Europeans nude on the beach near the Besakih Hotel in Sanur. If you want to come back with an all-over tan, I think it's just a matter of being discreet and finding a spot where you're not bothering anyone.
