Forgot to mention in my JBR of sorts that I did the Casa Luna cooking school in Ubud during our visit last week. I found it quite good and learnt alot. The only let down was that I thought everyone would do their own preparation and cooking. Unfortunately though we spent alot of time watching someone else doing it. Nevertheless I enjoyed it. Does anyone know of another school that everyone does their own cooking?
