We always go early Nov and it is great. Usually no rain, but dry after long summer. Not as cool as July/August or green as April/May, when we also go, but great if you're thinking of chrissie shopping. Idul Futri is early Nov this year. Interstate on laptop currently and not sure of dates..we've resigned ourselves to not travelling far during that week. I have posted dates before, I think, search archives if concerned.
