I finally made my choice today to go to the Sofitel. I too was a bit worried as it certianly got some bad press in the forum. But decided that for same price it was prob better vlaue than the Legian Beach hotel bungalow
Would really appreciate any additional info / advice you can provide.
We are staying in (I think) a deluxe room - which is one up from their basic room, the 'superior' room (not sure what it can actually be superior to though!!!
Was told deluxes all have balconies but don't know what they're like otherwise.
Which part / room type did you stay in and where was it in terms of the pool and breakfast areas? Noise from the renovations??
