Rough Guide to Bali lists quite a few in Lovina - Djani's restaurant, Barakuda restaurant. Also do a search on Juba Anne's postings - she has put up a little web site that has all her JBR's and photos which mentions the place she went to in Lovina.
Also, Janet de Neefe (author of Fragrant Rice) runs a cooking school in Ubud - check out Honeymoon Guesthouse.
We intend to try a few out whilst up in Lovina in late April. I've been practicing on Janet's recipes - usually uses somewhere between 23 to 26 herbs and spices, all blended by hand. No wonder the Balinese look so fit!
Happy cooking!
