I am totally interested & depending on numbers we could try the BANYAN TREE in Beaumont St, Hamilton (Indonesian Restaurant) There are plenty of options so dont stress about that at this stage!!!
There is a great Thai Rest called Sticky Rice which is really well priced in Scott St (near Noahs) Been there many times.
I will keep you posted. I know of many more Bali lovers from the Central Coast who would come too!!!
