Two trips ago to Bali I needed a doctor to come to the hotel. Cost about US$120.
On my return I tried to claim but everytime I rang I was on hold for ages then finally the voice message ( don't you just love them ) stated that all operators where busy and redirected my call to an answering machine asking me to leave my number and they would get back to me. This happened twice. Been waiting 12 months for the call. Do you think I am likely to receive one?
I now take out additional cover.
29 days to go and I am back there again.
