I had booked thru a travel agent and was a bit concernd as I had heard that LBH seems to double book.
But no everything was fine except the first room stank so bad of cigarettes and just plain staleness that after trying to move us else where, they sent a couple of guys over to spray air freshener etc and yes it helped.
Next day they moved us to a refurbished room facing the beach direction but only views with trees. Brekkys however were fabulous but other food there was expensive. I cannot give you info on the bungalows I'm sorry, but they seem to be still working on refurbishment the same as they were on some of the rooms. The ppls were great one was always almost too hot to swim in, but the one closer to the beachfront seemed to get more of a breeze and was lovely.
Also this hotel is right out the front of S&S's. Very convenient.
Beware that you do not take up the offer at the security gate of transport. The first day we got charged 50,000rp for a ride to kuta in a van that nearly crashed several times (it had no brakes)when a blue bird taxi was only 8000 - 10,000rp.
Yes i would stay there again. But my heart still belongs to Inna Grand Bali Beach at Sanur.
