they have a job to do but should still treat you (us!) with respect. I would write a letter to Immigration, (AMANDA!) - when a Minister gets a letter the Department HAS to respond!
Now, about the Legian Beach Hotel - we are planning to stay there in July - what probems did you have, I have booked this direct with the hotel and not thru a package and cant rest until we actually get our bungalows!
