I related the experiences of family and friends who've been to these sessions. I wasn't talking out of my arse. Just because it wasn't me personally doesn't change anything and whether those experiences match yours or not doesn't make them any less valid.
Take a step back, re-read and if you still want to burst into flames over it then try an ice cold Bintang to cool you down instead.
