Don't use you Australian roaming phone to make calls from Bali.
You will pay around $6 per minute. Get a sim in Bali 50.000 for a start up with 30.000 worth of calls included. This is heaps cheaper. When you get the card, the sales person will check if your phone will take the sim card.
